Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote products/services and respond to inquiries.
• Identify prospective customers, nurture leads, and maintain strong follow-ups.
• Provide detailed information about our offerings and answer customer queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer details in the CRM system.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding assigned targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer satisfaction.
