Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who can communicate fluently in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Tamil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements:
Education: Any graduate (discipline not specific)
Languages: Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Tamil is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems is a plus
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
