Brimbus, a creative branding agency based in JP Nagar, Bangalore, is expanding its team! We are currently on the lookout for a Social Media Executive who can take charge of our digital presence and drive strong organic growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Focus on improving engagement, brand visibility, and organic reach
- Plan and ideate compelling and relevant content in line with brand goals
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visuals align with content and strategy
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance
- Work closely with the marketing and branding team to drive consistent messaging
- Explore influencer marketing opportunities and collaborations
- Prepare reports and performance insights to track growth and ROI
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing
- Deep understanding of content marketing, audience psychology, and platform-specific strategies
- Proven track record of managing pages/accounts and generating measurable results
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience working with creative teams and briefing designers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agency environment with deadlines
Location: Onsite – JP Nagar Phase 6, Bangalore
